Samus vs. Kraid

This is another one of my old favorites. It didn't take me much to get into this one, I was excited all the way through. The composition doesn't completely work for a real comic page, but I was just getting back into the idea of doing comics again when I did this. Memories of Super Metroid always brought a smile to my face.

Just to clarify, this is Samus escaping Kraid's attack by using the grapple beam. It's always exciting to think how Samus would manage to defeat such a cunning and gigantic monster without gimmicks like the platform projectiles and the benefit of solid ground to land on if she falls. We all know she's got this one taken care of though.
